Topic 1 – Border options
A border can be added to boxes as a style. The different types of borders to choose from are solid, dotted, dashed, double, groove, ridge, inset, outset, or none. A person can also change the color of each side of a border. Border radius is used to obtain rounded edges.Topic 2 – URLs
A link uses the “a” tag. An absolute URL is used when the link is taking a person to a new website. The full URL is included in the href attribute. A relative URL is the link used to take someone to a new page within the same website.Topic 3 – Margins & padding
Margins sit outside the edge of the border. Setting the width of the margin can create a gap between the borders of two adjacent boxes. Padding is the space between the border of the box and the content within it. Adding padding can increase the readability of its content. “Padding pushes in, margin marches out.”
