A well place image can set the tone for your webpage. Using the right image is key to what people will think of your webpage when they are visiting it. You wouldn’t want to have a sad, dreary looking photo on a page that is supposed to be happy and uplifting.

Topic 2. There are multiple different formats of images you can use on the web.

The most common of images are jpg, png, and gif. Saving the photo in the correct format is key since you don’t want the image to be too blurry, too large or not the correct colors. Gif is used if you have a motion graphic or a short video clip to play, but these can be larger file sizes which will slow down your site.

Topic 3. Having a good layout is what will make your site more attractive.

The boxes that CSS puts the HTML in are either going to be block-level or Inline elements. Block-level elements are the main building blocks of the site, while inline elements move between surrounding text. These boxes an be moved around and positioned how ever you want them, some can even be stacked on top of one another or stay in a fixed spot on the page.
