The Important of Talking to the End User

While the client we are initially working for is important, when building a website we have to keep the end user in mind. If a site is designed to a higher standard that the company may want to follow, those additional features to make the website look luxurious, may make the site harder to navigate. It is also a possibility that these design features will be overlooked by the naked eye. It is because of this possibility that it is a good idea to hold interviews or focus groups of the end users to see how they will interact with the site and their overall thoughts.
