Summary 1

Topic 1- Sites Maps Must Be Considered from Every Angle.

Site maps are most importantly used when it comes to the overall useability and user experience on a website. Site maps help to prevent visitors from experiencing confusion. Creating hand rendered sketches or documents for your clients to ensure that you cover every base needed to build an adequate site map can be useful during the site map creation process.

Topic 2- Know Your Client.

Working alongside your given client for your web design process is the best way to execute the task. Being specific and detailed when communicating with your client is extremely important to creating a line of effective communication between you and the client. Establishing things like a target audience or other specific details that they may not be familiar with are important.

Topic 3- Be Flexible in the Web Design Process.

Technology is ever changing and molding to society. Be prepared to update websites, transfer data to entirely different entities, or create entirely new webpages. As a web designer, it is imperative that one stays up to date with their client and the latest web designing software’s and techniques.
