Structure
Structure helps the reader understand the information on the page. The use on headings and subheadings are used to set a hierarchy of information. Each topic has a new paragraph and each section has it's own heading.
HTML
HTML is pages of text documents. The HTML code is made up of characters that live inside angled brackets called elements, these are made up of two tags, an opening and a closing. Each page it made up of a body, head and title.
CSS
CSS allows to create rules to specify the content of an element that should appear, such as colors and typeface. The CSS rules are made up of selectors, these allow you to target rules at different elements. Declarationa are two parts: the properties of the element that you want to change and the values of the properties. The CSS is a different document from the HTML page and are linked together.
