This class is all about the history and science of psychological wellbeing. It was born out of a want to help students understand how psychologists study flourishing and the roots from which that science grew with a goal of applying best practices to improve our lives. The course is offered each summer as an online, asynchronous course. Students listen to the podcast episodes and reflect on their reactions, plans, and progress. You can join in, too.
